Win11 with Secure Boot + TPM enabled — loader still fails unless I disable something. Is that expected or misconfiguration?

Those security features are required, not optional. Disabling them for a “quick fix” often breaks Elytra compatibility and the loader together.
Wardogs Cheats (editorial)
